I see the DU Bullies have Nadinbrazinski in their sights.

There is a group in DU that do nothing but alert and hide and lock and ridicule. They love nothing better than to get someone PPR'd and then they gravedance. The bullies are after Nadin now.
 
Some of these bullies are well meaning but most are outright bullies. It's easy to be a bully when you are anonymous.

Whether she's currently being targeted by one of the hit squads over there, I wouldn't know or care, I rarely even open the link to that site anymore, it just plain sucks because of a few very crappy people.

But only if I agree with her, disagree and she can be an obnoxiously rude person. The problem is that she is usually wrong or just doesn't understand the subject matter. I think her English is much worse than most people realize, and that she doesn't comprehend most of what she reads but she is too arrogant to ask for clarification. I don't blame others for getting tired of her bullshit.

There are bullies at DU, but Nadin is just as insufferable. If she didn't enjoy the interaction she wouldn't continue engaging them. If she hadn't engaged them she wouldn't have had the hides after the Spoiler OP. If they didn't enjoy it they'd put her on ignore.
 
I can't work up any pity for her. I've witnessed her be a complete ass towards others and been her target more than once.

That was a reply to nadin in ATA*. The DU admins have been dealing with her for well over a decade. She has a long history of disruptive behavior. Some people just have a very low tolerance for her kind of shit-stirring.

You know, the primitives have a really weird definition of "stalking."

For the person of average and better sophistication, "stalking" suggests watching someone so as to interfere with, or obstruct, that person in real life.

Trust me, no one interferes with nadin being nadin; no one puts out any obstacles to trip her up in being herself.

For the primitives, "stalking" suggests merely reading something someone's written.

Tell me exactly where I wrote I was a fencing master. I wrote I fenced at a high level, which I did. I also said a generation ago, which is accurate. Actually at this point it is probably two.

Hey, I still have my foil, and you can contact the Centro Deportivo Israelita in Mexico City and enquire if they had a fencing team, trained by Professor Fajardo (RIP, good man) in Mexico CIty back in the 1980s. I do not guarantee they have those records any longer.

You can also ask while you are at it, if they had teams represent Mexico at the Macabee Games in Israel, in fact, you can ask them if they still do, albeit not for fencing.

At 15, no matter how good you are, you do not achieve master level. As Professor Fajardo told us, being a master in Fencing is a life time effort, and a state of mind.

For the record, he did fence at one point at the Olympic level. Oh and since you are an expert, you will understand this, the school I learned was the Italian school.

Also my injury happened in 1980, the team I am talking about was in Israel in 2013. So unless that was a time traveling arrow... you should write some fiction here. I recommend as a tittle "The Arrow that Went Through Time."

194. Hubby fenced for UC Riverside

he is a left hand... hardest thing you will ever do.

We went to RenFair, where they were having the fencing exhibit.

The guy doing the demo, started with, I do not kid, "this is your pointy thing." That pissed him off, So as he put the foil in his left hand... he told this guy "en garde," and proceeded to defoil him...

Then the guy fenced me, and mine was more wrist technique, and defoiled him by using that fine Italian school I learned. Pointy thing went flying twice. Then ;hubby and I went at each other and people were amazed at what we were doing. It was not Errol Flynn, it was straight American brute force, vs, Italian finery. The hardest three minutes we have had, we went full tilt.
