Today was the first day of school for Metro.  I drove by the elementary school in my neighborhood and got stuck behind half the school's parents, two school buses, and a funeral.

Someone should do something.

If this were an OWS/liberal sort of protest going on, there would be trash everywhere, there'd be a few stabbings and/or shootings and then cries because the food isn't free.

For a long time, Chik-fil-A has caused traffic jams at lunch time, five days a week.

If they made fries like McDonald's, they'd be the perfect fast food joint.

My CFA bouncy:

So, today was allergy shot day during my lunch hour. So as I was driving along I noticed there seemed to be a higher volume of traffic on the road, which was a little weird, but I didn't think anything of it other than being annoyed that the clock was ticking and I needed to get there and back to work. I finally get to where I turn left to go into where the doctor's office is, and I looked to the right and just on the other side of the intersection there was a CFA. I had never paid much attention to that part of town and had never noticed that there was a CFA there and I probably wouldn't have except for all the damn cars trying to get there. I got my shot then drove back and went through the drive through at McDonald's since they weren't nearly as busy as CFA. I got back to work, clocked in with only seconds to spare, then snuck off and ate my burger.  :-)

And if McDonald's made their fries like they did in the old days I might still eat them.  Last time I had a Mickey D fry the taste stayed with me all day.

"Consumer sentiment" may not carry the import that the DUmmies and Homafia want to accord it.  A large shift in the sentiment would be achieved by Leftists simply assertively responding to voice their vastly-increased hatred of a place they already wouldn't eat at because it has a well-known Christian bent.  Like the issue of 'Registered Voters vs. Likely Voters" in political opinion polling, the real question is whether this number directly correlate to customers, or are they measuring something that doesn't actually matter.

Watching Fox News earlier, and they had said that many of the people interviewed at CFAs said they were there to support the first amendment rights of the owner, and they didn't fully agree with his views.
