The picture confuses me.

We all know about the random crap all over her floor as well as all the stuff behind her radiator. There is random crap on the floor in this picture too - looks to be at least two plastic bags in front of the chair she is in.

To be fair I dated a Pakistani woman in my youth, I thought they'd all be dirty or smelly but to tell the truth she kept herself clean and smelling nice. They kept watering thingys around their toilets to clean their private parts after they used the toilet. It was kind of weird lol
