It's hard to believe that that could be a female of the species behind that Samsung camera, what with the receding hairline, but maybe it is. Yikes.

Right; I can pretty much guarantee that's not the yenta.

Now, realistically, looks aren't everything; there's been some pretty unaesthetic people who've done a lot of good in the world. 

And so my thought that nadin is no American Beauty shouldn't be construed as pejorative, because it's not meant that way.  It's simply accurate, no judgement of character or worth involved at all.

But think of it; a woman of Polish Jewish derivation.  A woman raised in the lap of luxury, coddled and spoiled.  A woman who's never done back-breaking manual labor in her life.  A woman leading a life of ease and comfort as hubby brings home the bacon.  A woman who probably dines well and often.

By the time she's 46, 47, years old, what else is she supposed to look like?

There is a very narrow blurred line between video and regular cameras these days.  Digital cameras take videos and video cameras take still photos.
