Makes you tell everyone you love them and hug people. I have never seen a fight break out from smoking dope. But I have seen many fights break out from drinking alcohol.

The city council of L.A. by a 12 to 0 vote banned pot shops. 900 of these medical weed shops in 1 city. Proponents state that usage will not increase if it is legalized. What a joke that is. Looks like voters are tired of having these creeps/stoners panhandling and getting a whiff of smoke as they walk down the street.
