Given the admitted charges of the guy, I would have serious issues if she didn't use all the authority she had to get him out of a job he really isn't qualified for. He isn't quite the poster boy for "public servants who should have been fired but the union kept them on" that one local guy who was caught masturbating on his co workers desks was, but he comes close.
Of course, there are legal aspects I don't know about, but the fact they are using him in this way means they are way disconnected.
