The steel-hull barges belong to By And Large, LLC of Wilmington, DE. They were built in 2011 by C&C Marine in Belle Chasse, LA.
These are the SF Bay and Portland, ME, barge names, and one more.
BAL0001 = 1 (SF Bay)
BAL0010 = 2 (SF Bay)
BAL0011 = 3 (Portland)
BAL0100 = 4 (unaccounted for)
Does By And Large, LLC ring a bell? They have no listed telephone number. Ah, maybe this is all just a GOOGLE geek joke. Or.....
