Rich States Poor States
The second edition of “Rich States, Poor States” has just been released. Surprise! Surprise! Low tax states have the highest growth and high tax states have the lowest growth.

And we're in the bottom 1/3, mainly because our property tax rate is the highest in the nation, and business tax rate is 2nd highest, right behind Massatwoshits.

Oh yeah--and jacking up the budget by 20 percent in two years didn't exactly help either.

In other news, the city of Saskatchewan will pay you $20,000 if you'll live there for seven years.

Sucks to be a blue state.
NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Saskatchewan, as in Canadian Saskatchewan?  That might be worth it.  My great grandfather had a farm in Saskatchwan, might be nice to revisit my roots.

There is one bit of info that's incorrect for my state. In Minnesota is says NO for a Right To Work State, but that should be YES.

Then what do the people on welfare do with it?  Donate it to the less fortunate?

Oregon comes in at #39.   We also have the highest unemployment.
