My Dog, if things are that bad for these MORONS wouldn't you think they would cut the cord? How can you justify internet access and food stamps?

Internet access is a necessity for DUmmies (after weed and Ripple).  Building street cred on the Island is critical and must be maintained.

Yes, they never think about how items actually materialize onto shelves.  Policymakers never do, either.  I think all of them should run a bread route or something once in their lives.  Filling up the truck can take your entire wage/profit for the day.

You mean the store manager's just don't snap their fingers and the shelves magically stock themselves?

Elections have consequences, DUmmies.  Maybe next time you should think before you elect a bolshevik?

Just because the shit hit the fan after the communist democrats took control of the congress it is still the fault of Ronald Reagan and the 25 years of prosperity he brought forth.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I don't know what the OP was crying about, "we even did grocery shopping at the dollar store!!!!!"  I pick up grocery items at Dollar every weekend.  Canned goods, pasta, juice, cereal etc.  It's all the same, what does it matter where you buy it?

GOBUCKS---an "iggy" list?  I did not know that.

Exactly right.  Or even a paper route.  I mean come on kids when I was like ten or eleven I knew what a bundle of papers cost me, how much I made per paper and what I got in tips. I had to carry deadbeat customers who "forgot to pay" for weeks at a time and I knew that came out of my profits. I was an independent contractor if injured on the job. Newspaper are notoriously cheap that way but don't tell the bleeding hearts.

(I also acquired a life time supply of black clip on bow ties every Christmas, not the best tip in the world for a kid btw). :rotf:

Just back from the market here in P_town north with a half gallon of 2% store branded milk @ $1.65 and a half gallon of Simply Orange w/ Mango @ $3.23 which left me twelve cents out of a fiver.  The local discount gas was selling regular at $3.03 per gallon and had a line. In days gone by I could have filled the car with that fiver ( ah yes, when gas at $.29 9/10 per gallon that would have been about 16 gallons of real leaded regular and my '66 Dart /6 got about 21 mpg around town ).

Note to lurking dummies, I did not make an extra trip to the grocery, I combined it with an appointment.   As a wise man once said, a penny saved is a penny earned.

Did Bobo the Hobo get banned or is she just in self imposed exile too after getting her posts deleted the other day?

Oh it's better than that! DUmmies think they can the goods in the back room from the produce on display, butcher the cows, who BTW are made in a Star Trek atomizer across the street, bottle the soda upstairs, and the girls lay the eggs and fill up the milk cartons in the head!

So, uh wouldn't the same stuff you bought today at The Dollar Store cost the same thing as they did 6 months or even 2 years ago? Isn't it like The Dollar Store?  :whistling:

These DUmbasses don't know how to shop. I'm still paying about $2.99 ga for milk. Bread is around $1.00 to $2.40 a loaf (just bought some kick ass Sour Dough last night).
I've found a $2.99 bottle Sauvigion Blanc that's really tasty.
Of course I have always had to bargain shop so maybe it's just live and learn?  Na, DUmmies can't do that.

Gas on the other hand........... :(

Remember that the losers at the DUmp think they should live like millionaires for simply being, forget about work or talent.  Sadly, capitalism's success breeds socialistic tendencies.

Well, the times I dare to venture into Trader Joes (expensive as hell like Whole Foods) are a wade into DUmmie Land. Why that place is always chock full is baffling.   :???:

DUmmie said, "I went to buy a head of cabbage at the store today...and ended up choosing something else because...it had more brains than I did."

Fixed for truth in advertising.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

:lmao: :lmao:  Ralph, where do you pull these things from?  Went to the store for a head of cabbage, but was struck cold by that feeling that she didn't "trust" the cabbage.  Blame Bush!

That is serious mental illness, i.e. schizophrenia.

Another one I can't stand is ''touche".  For those lucky enough not to have been exposed to that word it is pronounced tooshay.  Horrible word.
