My post that received the pizza had to do with some black youths who dragged an old white guy from his SUV, beat him, then drove off in his car.

FYI- Until this week, the Panic Room was open to anyone who wanted to join. As stated on the homepage, the Room is for members of DU- not lurking trolls, one of which I just received an email from who had JUST joined the list. So from now on, if a DU member wants to join this board, I will need to verify that they are actually a DU member and review their DU profile before they can access our board. I'm sick and tired of the trolls and this is the only solution I can see for the moment. BTW- I just removed the troll who wrote me and intend to inform Skinner of "it's" account information so he can kick it off DU as well.

Spewing the claim time and again that the whole sickness was a fraud, very publicly and on as many blogs and boards as you could find, robbed Andy of the hope and will he needed to overcome this thing.

It wasn't a pretty episode. As much as we joke about it now, no one did anything to "make Andy die". His story was so full of holes it was ridiculous, as were the blind sycophants at the DUmp.
That having been said, I wished the guy no ill will and am sorry that he passed.

With Tav, the drugs took over a long time ago.
Recently, his father was incapacitated by a stroke, and Tav decided to pull the plug on life support.
Unfortuntately the old man didn't die right away. He's apparently still hanging on, and since the plug-pulling Tav's drug-induced lunacy has been even more pronounced.
It was great, until Skimmer pulled the plug on Tav.
