Well, we already know the reason for that.

It's hip, it's cool, it's trendy, it's with-it, to hang around "General Discussion" with all the cool primitives, than to go to one of the smaller forums populated by uncool primitives.

I'll bet there's been plenty of discussions about jobs and careers in "General Discussion."

It's so high-schoolish.

With the job market the way it is, I'm surprised at how under-utilized this forum is. Anybody have any insight into why? It seems like it could really take off as a supportive space, yet there's very little traffic here.

1. I've wondered the same thing.

Though I will say that I didn't even realize that this forum existed until I found it by accident a few months ago.

If they changed the title to "no job so whine about how unfair life is" I bet it would get a lot more traffic. :-)
