If it wasn't for Huckamania and Darth Paul this thing with McCain wouldn't even be close. In Fact one or two of the others that dropped out earlier might stiill have stuck it out.

Newest numbers on delegates according to Foxnews.

McCain: 570
Romney: 251
Huckabee: 175
Paul: 14

Clinton: 760
Obama: 692
Edwards(?): 26

Seems like Clintons gonna have a tough fight on her hands.  Though I think it's safe to say that McCains gonna get the nomination now.

Hucakbee's going to have to eat his words that he is 'one of the two men left' in this GOP race.. i dont think McCain is totally a shoe in yet ..

and Hillary just put 5 million of her own money into her campaign today; i think she will ultimately win but she is going to have to fight a lot harder with Obama getting 32 million in January in donations.

Interesting article on why the Democrat nominee will be Obama.

5 reasons Hillary should be worried

Look for the Drive-By's to pile even higher on the Obama band wagon, hopefully we will finally be rid of the Clinton Crime Family.

McLiar has already begun moving back to the center, he was talking yesterday about the benefits of tax cuts and the danger of tax increases. I don't trust the guy for one minute.

Ugh, McCain has over twice the number of delegates than the other two. No way he'll be able to be stopped as long as the Mormon and the pastor are both in the race.

Hillary will get the nomination anyways, she has a machine in place that's going to make the vast majority of that party's superdelegates hers.

Don't be so sure about the Shrew. Barack Hussein Obama has raised ~ $32 million in Jan. to her ~$14 million, also heard she had to give herself a loan of $4 million. Obama has the Drive-By's in his camp, along with McCain. But as soon as the nomination is done watch the Drive-By's start seeing flaws in McCain that they're overlooking for now, and be further in amazement at the "energy" of the Obama campaign and how tired and old all the McCain people are.

I think racism and general dirty trick shenanigans will doom the Clinton's.

But there's alot more to it did just fundraising ability - ask Steve Forbes or Ron Paul. The Muslim does have the charisma and the enthusiasm, but the Klintons still have their Machine, and it worked like a charm for them on ST, they won every big state except IL.

I don't think McCain could beat either one of them, his team has neither of the other's strong points - old and tired, as you say.

I never said it was all about money, as you say it's a lot more than that. I hear you on the Clinton Crime Family machine, but Obama is nipping at her heels, he's ascending, she's treading water. Obama has developed his own machine and it's working pretty well.

Obama, like him or not is becoming a phenomenon, he's assuaging liberal white guilt, ergo the Drive-By's drooling over him, but the real change here is the involvement of the youth.

Obama and 'Da Yutes'
By J.R. Dunn

One unwelcome side effect of Obamamania is the threat of yet another bout of liberalism's youth obsession.

This is not a reference to John Kerry's Botox shots or Nancy Pelosi's face lifts, but the liberal tendency to fall on their knees before the nation's youth at the drop of a skateboard.

Granted that pols right left and center pander to the upcoming voters in search of the "youth vote" -- usually to no avail -- but this is something else. Something compulsive, irrational, and more than a little creepy. It seems to consistently bubble under the surface of American liberalism, erupting only on occasion. We're in the middle of such an eruption right now.

Over the past few months, we've gone from straightforward reportage on Obama's appeal to young voters to semi-mystical rhapsodizing in praise of the new children's crusade on behalf of the Illinois messiah.

IMHO Her Thighness doesn't care a whit about whether Barry gets more popular votes in the primaries...she's doing what Bill did and concentrating on trying to win the states that will give her the most delegates.

That may well be, but I think she's worried.

Bh, she sould be somewhat worried, she ought to make the Muslim talk about an issue and ask him for his definition of "change". The youth vote can never be counted on.

We're stuck with THREE liberal Senators, from right to left, Juan, Hillary, the Muslim. I'm thinking of switching to Huckabee, but that could doom him for sure.

Barack would be quickest death, but also the most painful one of all,

She won't ask him because she doesn't want to be asked specific questions about her "change" plan and what exactly that means. Reminds me of John F(ing) Kerry how he kept saying, "I have a plan, go see it on my website."
