I wouldn't call this a military parade (in the tradition of the Soviet Union and North Korea), but it is an interesting . . . 'development.'  From the Gateway Pundit.

That thing can carry a nuke.  Israel is probably on high alert for anything that ISIS might want to do.

ISIS also has a large amount of ammunition, weapons, and cash they've "liberated" from the cities they've overrun.
