Make no mistake about it, the liberal media will dig up crap on all of our candidates and if they can not find any will manufacture (lie) to attain their love for Hillary.
Two words:
[Herman Cain. The R Party and Cain's opponents let the MSM get away with it (and Cain failed to confront it, after initial denials), and now - Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! - the MSM are pulling the same tactic on another black R candidate. If the Rs don't jam this, metaphorically, down Politico's throat and out their anus this tactic will become a permanent fixture of MSM coverage of minority Rs and conservatives, and soon after will become a permanent fixture of MSM coverage of Rs and conservatives in general.
The 5 front runners better be prepared. I think, they want Jeb to be the Repub. nominee because they perceive him as a weakling, and a RINO would be easy to defeat.
The MSM did the same tactic in late 2007 and early 2008, when McCain's primary campaign was almost dead. They propped him up so as to knock him down once he got the nomination. McCain's choice of Gov. Palin for VP almost derailed the MSM's knock-down, and might have foiled it were McCain not so buddy-buddy with the MSM and not thrown Gov. Palin to the media-wolves.
Not only did McCain fail to, as PGR has been saying, understand his enemy, McCain failed to recognize and got buddy-buddy with his enemy.
Hopefully at least the leading R candidates have recognized that the MSM are their enemy, and even, to some degree, understood their MSM enemy. Reagan bypassed his MSM enemy. This crop of candidates need to bypass, undermine, and attack their MSM enemy -
counterattack when necessary and preemptively as opportunity arises.
After decades of watching the MSM acting partisanly while hiding behind a false image of neutrality, I want to see, metaphorically, the MSM get the @#$% beat out of them!
