1. Creepy Porn Liar sued Trump for slander ... and lost. Worse still, from her POV, she was ordered to pay over a quarter of a million $$ in Trump legal fees. Quite an incentive to lie in a court that would not punish Hate-Trump perjury. ETA, maybe it's just an eighth of a million, but that's still a lot of lap dances, and her customer appeal isn't getting better.

2. Creepy Porn Liar is a professional writer and actor of porn-fiction. She would find it very easy to create porn fiction for this Kangaroo Court and has over a quarter of a million reasons to do so.

I tried, while serving my time on I-880, to figure out what purpose, if any, having Creep Porn Liar testify would have for the prosecution. Not being a lawyer, the most I could come up with would be that Trump had something to hide (though she could not testify to the reason(s), for lack of knowledge). Were that what Bragg's & Minions', the direct and cross-examination should have taken half an hour and less than exciting.

Bragg's real purpose, IMO, was to give Creep Porn Liar an opportunity to embarrass Trump with porn fiction and prejudice jurors' minds with lurid irrelevancies. But pop up more :popcorn: , Creepy Porn Liar gets cross-examined today. Her script-writing and acting skills might be challenged.

One case is on hold indefinitely and this one is either going nowhere or it will be won on appeal somewhere down the line and the case in Georgia is not going anywhere. They are so winning. At least Charlie Sheen was somewhat entertaining.

* Georgia election something-or-othering trial? Monkey-wrenched by Fani Willis arrogant corruption and now Willis and her office could be removed from the pros-sham-cution altogether.

* NY something-or-othering trial? Statute of limitations problems, prejudiced judge with a grossly obvious blatant conflict-of-interest refusing to recuse himself, prejudiced judge gagging Trump while ignoring pros-sham-cution people and witnesses openly poisoning the potential jury pool with pre-trial and mid-trial publicity, prejudiced judge refusing to allow valid defense, prejudiced judge allowing inflammatory irrelevant testimony to be presented as it it were relevant evidence, prejudiced judge refusing to declare a mistrial despite that inflammatory irrelevant testimony ... the number of valid and possibly successful bases for appeal are insanely numerous.

* The chances that the USSC will partially but substantially uphold Trump's appeal for limited immunity, directing the trial court to determine, before proceeding, whether the actions being tried were in the process of Trump performing Presidential duties or not, are pretty high. That decision will probably be coming in the next 6-8 weeks.

* The USSC case regarding applying part of the Sarbanes-Oxley finances law to 1/6 defendants is also pending, and could wipe out the most serious 1/6 charges against Trump.
