That is all. It is shameful that Trump hasn't gone on trial yet for his theft of top secret documents, top secret nuclear/military documents.

A huge binder on Russia is still missing.

Shameful and disgusting. Judge Cannon just gave Trump another extension. He should have been arrested when the FBI discovered more documents that he was hiding.

DOJ should have worked with the National Archives from the very beginning and not let the Archives investigate on its own.

The J6 trial and stolen documents trial aren't even in the news anymore, time mattered.

1. A President, while in office, cannot "steal" classified documents. Further, as was recently revealed, many/most/nearly all of the classified documents "found" at MaL were sent there by LIEden's bureau of archives, under the bureau's authority, not Trump's request ... also not "theft" (but possibly a frame-up). Correction, LIEden's GSA sent the pallets with boxed documents, not the Bureau of Archives.

2. What gab13by13 fails to mention - whether due to ignorance or lying by omission, I really do not care - is that this binder was being worked on at the White House, not at MaL. So the binder is still there, unfound - again, whether due to failure to look there or malice, I don't much care.

Unlike President Trump, Senator Biden did not have the authority to possess and retain classified documents. And while VP Biden had derivative authority to have custody of classified documents in doing work for President Obama, that derivative authority ended when Trump was inaugurated.
