They've said previously that those high numbers are the result of right-wing organizations buying the books in bulk. It's not actual book purchases by real people.

I bought my copy at our BJ's (like Costco or Sam's Club) for $12.99 so it is already at the discounters.
DUmmie couldn't put together the scratch to buy a clue if their lives depended upon it.
