Hey, I wouldn't classify Skyline chili as "true" chili, but I've had it before, and I liked it for the unique flavor. Not something I'll eat every day, but if I ever get some packages of the spice mix again I might do it.
And cornbread on "real" chili only goes on the side. Buttered and with syrup or honey. Failing that, sopapillas.
