Well, a new milestone has been attained...... 230 lbs tonight AFTER dinner... That's a total of 90 lbs in less than  a year. I've kept it off, too, other than a few plateaus.

Congratulations!

Other than that, how are you doing?

Frank, I'm doing OK, all in all. Life seems to be on the upswing. That's to be announced at a later date. I'm still waiting on a surgery date, which I SHOULD know by next week. Now, if I could manage 10 more lbs by the end of the month...... that'd be 100 lbs in a year.

Wow.

I've been at 235 since about 2003.  At least it hasn't changed much.

That's a total of 93 lbs in less than a year. 7 more pounds by Sunday morning will make me hit the 100 lb mark.
