Since last October, I finally listened to my doctor, and started working with a personal trainer and changing my eating habits. I am officially proud to say I am down 90 pounds to 177, and I am running my first triathlon in September.  :-)

I'm really proud of all of you. Along with your families, the Cave wants you around for a loooooong time.

Even though I haven't been exercising much lately, my weight is STILL dropping. :(
I'm right close to 200 lbs right now.

Keep up the healthy lifestyles. You can do it.
