One conspiracy theory.
The killing of al Baghdadi was a Russian/Turkish/Trump operation.
This was part of the deal Trump made with Erdogan when he withdrew the troops and betrayed the Kurds.
Both Erdogan and Putin wanted al Baghdadi dead. He was a threat to their future plans of dividing up the spoils of Syria between them.
They were willing to let Trump be the "hero" that killed Baghdadi if they could get their way in Syria.
That is why American troops were permitted to fly over both Russian and Turkish positions to get to the Baghdadi compound.
Trump needed a diversion and an issue to help him with his next election. So he made the deal.
That is why he was so complimentary of Russia and Turkey in his detailed account of the killing.
That is why he did not tell Pelosi or Schiff.
It was all a part of a deal Trump made with Turkey and Russia to help him domestically and divert the attention away from a very damaging impeachment process.

5. Also, I don't think it happened last night.
In the coverage they have shown over the news of the demolished compound, there are areas where it looks as if bulldozers had moved the debris into different piles, in order to clear it up a little. But there are no bulldozers in sight? If it happened last night, that seemed a little strange to me?
Just wait. This will be Common Knowledge among the DUpipo by the middle of the week.

More seriously, Miss Nancy has signaled butthurt over the Russians being notified in advance while Congress was not. The Russians have military assets in the area that could have interfered with the raid (and would have been fools if they had after being notified). Congressional Dems, OTOH, have shown themselves utterly untrustworthy - Star Chamber tactics have consequences - and one leak might have resulted in the target being replaced with an ambush.

Schiff, Nadler, etc. hate Donald Trump more than they love this country. If they had known what was happening, they would have alerted the press, for sure, and screwed up the mission. If it cost American service member lives, well, so much the better, since it would have made Trump look bad. I'm not 100% sure that Pelosi is as afflicted with TDS, but it's still better to play it close to the vest when dealing with Dems and national security.

The democrats love power. That is the only thing they jones for. They could not care less about the blacks, hispanics, gays, lizzies, women, what have you, as long as they vote for them. The minute they don't need them into the ovens or gulags they will go. I think it was Lenin or Stalin that called people like that useful idiots.
All they want is power and they will stop at nothing to get it. Ever.
