I was a Jr High and High school wrestler. I passed this great sport onto my boys. I coached both of my boys from 7 years old until they graduated High School.
Coaching itself is a rewarding hobby (I didn't get paid). I have coached baseball, football, but my passion was always wrestling. One on one with no one else to blame failure on; no excuses. Wrestling is more than a sport when the rules include blood time.

I also Instruct Krav Maga (G5) and volunteer as a "aggressor" for a woman's self defense class.
