I have to agree with the DUmmies, but I wish they showed that kind of compassion for for unborn HUMANS.

3. This is my BIGGEST pet peeve.
 If you don't want to care for your animal, then leave it where you found it. We are suppose to be the party of compassion. Did he not get the memo? Dem or not this guy is a piece of shit in my book.

My wife and I have no children, can't afford them. Not gonna depend on others to help care for my child. So we have 3 dogs, and they are treated every bit as good as most children. That is why it pisses me off to no end for someone to dump a dog off at a shelter, especially a high kill shelter.

it's a mixed up world in DUmmieland. Animals elevated to the status of children. Don't get me wrong, I love animals. Always have, always will. I've gone to the ends of the earth and back (and have the reciepts to prove it) to help my animals over the years. But I know that human life is more valuable and that unborn babies deserve the reverence and attention that DU seems to easily place on pets.

I'm surprised the DUmmies responded in such a manner.  I figured they would go along with the PETA view of animals (they say all animals should live, but end up killing a bunch of animals over the years thinking no one knows what they are actually doing.   Hypocrisy is a common trait among them).

But yes, it's rather telling that they worship the lives of all animals, except for humans.  :whatever:

We've got a guy in my guild on World of Warcraft.  Became a vegetarian for his girlfriend, because she's one of the top-dogs at PETA.  I've always wanted to ask him what she thinks about PETA's mass killing of pets.

my husband used to work with this guy who, in front of his wife, swore he was a vegetarian. on business trips he begged people not to tell his wife that he ate steaks and everything else he could get his hands on. this was after once trying to impress upon me that a huge mushroom actually does taste like meat  :whatever:

but she eventually won.. when they had a kid, they named him... "blue" ..  :thatsright:
