It's looking-like Officer Wile E. Coyote planted the Glock so it would be found by a MAGA Roadrunner... who foiled the plan by not picking-up the Glock...

Babbitt was then either murdered by 'a chosen other' Glock-wielder, or by Officer Coyote himself using the original Glock which he re-picked-up to carry-through with the plan.
