I'm not gonna hold my breath. Madigan has been crooked for as long as he has been in office. He's got a great scam going.

He raises taxes in Illinois and his law office handles appeals in tax cases for millionaires.

OTOH, some people think that President Trump pardoned Blagojevich, convicted former governor of Illinois, hoping he might be willing to rat out crooked Democrats.
