This looks rather like a dry run as none of the flights were going anywhere that looks like an obvious target.

It's been over a month and they don't know if he is connected to Al Qaeda? Maybe Somalia is just playing a "me , too" game.  Hey, we're fighting and capturing terrorists, give us some money Uncle Sam.
