Ha - that radio pic must be upside down and I think there's an 8-track in there! We'll see tomorrow when we drive over there 2 & 3/4 hours and back again. He won't even be able to drive it back himself because he needs hand controls put in first. So I get to drive
Well, I enjoyed driving, for awhile until the brakes failed.
I followed him home and was just fine until I went to brake half-way home and the pedal went to the floor and I almost rear-ended him. Scary driving the rest of the way home. When I rapidly pumped the brake I could get a little bit of brake. I drove s-o-o-o carefully.
First thing Monday - off to our mechanic's shop.
Too bad his hand controls take a week to 10 days to arrive. But once the brakes get fixed, at least he can ride in it.
I'm hoping he'll let me drive it to the Chubby Checker concert next month - wouldn't that be fun.
