When Palin feels she has a snag in Obama's sweater to unravel, how nazi do you think she will get.

They tried mightily to scrub the freak factor, by charging 550 a head. Then, Tancredo blurts the most hateful code to exclude African Americans.

Roberts transmits his intention to revisit and overturn Roe. Some now make noise about ending SS, medicaid, Medicare. Thus alienating the elderly and poor.

They oppose hatefully any immigration leniency for those Latinos.

They want to allow rape to be handled with heavy handed arbitration and hush. Thus again alienating the Women.

They havent badmouthed the young yet, but they are already progressive.

So, given that they appeal to white racially aggrieved men and their expecting more wives, and the fact that two years more kids join our ranks, can we lose? I cant see it.

Add to that the Fox poll that thought Palin should be a mommy and homemaker, and I dont get it.

Lets go another direction. How loud and obnoxiously alienating must a Repub candidate be, to be heard above Palin? Or endorced by Teabaggers? When the Baggers give up, and join the Repubs, they really havent multiplied anything. And no Dem in their right mind, would endorce the insanity.



Here are the twin dangers we face.

First, we are soft. They said we are gentle, and neklace us with that. Many of us believe that, and forget the union movement etc. Repubs have been playing concern troll, hoping to disengage us from politics, as we recoil from uglyness. Oh, we'll never get response, Obama forgot us.


Second, Palin, and her shrieking, will be a sophisticated door in the face sales technique. As she says the most bizzare and insane things, in a really whackked fascist vein, anyone else will seem mild. So, she mainlines a full blown winger. She can continue to make the lying, hater claims, and never nave to back anything up. And the Repub scam, will be to say that in deference to her as a woman, they cannot challenge her directly.

If we are that stupid, as a population, to be flim-flammed by a grifter hick, I will forget politics, and build a shelter, much like the teabaggers.

Basically, it is a setup to make it look plausible that another republican can get elected. Worked with Brown in Mass didn't it? Everybody claimed how cool Brown was, and he even got more votes than McCain did in 2008.

An off year election, and a special one at that and even more votes for Brown than there were for the republican candidate for president one year earlier?

This guy Brown is magic, or was it just computers?

3. He also faced a lame, DLC candidate who went on vacation instead of campaigning
   and coming off of the debacle of continuing the Wall Street bailout without tough reregulation, a health care reform debate in which reformers where shut out, and a foreign policy that continues the same goals as Bush's with only a thin coat of nicer rhetoric to gussy it up, a lot of Democrats thought it wouldn't make much difference if the Democratic candidate won or lost. And they were probably right.

Good Lord these people are ignorant! If a Repub can take Teddy's "seat", the sky is the limit for conservatives. This is what happens when you try to govern behind closed doors, DUmmies. If the DImWits keep it up, you just might see us payin' the "fee"!

I've said this a few times here on the board, and three times to my bosses (who are Palin-loving conservatives):  The over/under on the Dem losses in the Senate/House is 11/115.  And I'm taking the over.
