Verdict reached in O.J. Simpson trial

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (CNN) -- The jury has reached a verdict in O.J. Simpson's armed robbery and kidnapping trial in Las Vegas, a defense lawyer and a court official said Friday.

Court spokesman Michael Sommermeyer said verdicts will be read in court around 10 p.m. (1 a.m. ET).

The jury of nine men and three women, none of them African-American, heard from 22 witnesses over 12 days of testimony. Chief among the witnesses were seven of the nine people inside Room 1203 of the Palace Station Hotel and Casino for the September 13, 2007 confrontation.

The evidence included testimony from the two dealers, four co-defendants who cut plea deals and cooperated with prosecutors and hours of often-profane, crackling, secretly recorded audiotapes.

I remember being called a racist when I publicly stated he's guilty back in the 90's by fellow coworkers.  I worked in a minority area in Manhattan.  They danced in the streets when he got his acquittal. :whatever:

Good news today...I hope he rots in prison and hell.

The fact they tried it downtown and not in Santa Monica is one of the biggest reasons he got off, and one of the biggest reasons Gil Garcetti got booted out of office.

Michael Crook (Infamous for his anti-soldier site Forsake The Troops and admirer of Fred Phelps)-In some legal trouble related to a law firm he worked for.

Lori Drew-Faces trial in Los Angeles related to Missouri MySpace Case and could be in the slammer for up to 20 years.

Casey Anthony-Suspected of killing her daughter Kaylee Anthony.

They didn't wait 5 minutes to look for a way to appeal. Om NBC News tonight they had some tard in the background waving an Anti Sarah Palin sign.

The line I heard from CNN was that the prosecution didn't do enough to filter out jurors with preconcieved notions and a bias against Simpson.
