I had no idea. Of course, I haven't seen Rocky since the Sixties.

I was just a little too young to have seen Rocky & Bullwinkle in its first run - I don't think we had a TV yet, either - but the show was run in the after-school, before dinner time frame in the early-mid 60s.

Rocky gave Bullwinkle advice from which DU-folk could learn: "That trick never works!"

The amazing thing about Rocky and Bullwinkle was the humor. As a kid l loved this show and it's silliness. When I got older I realized it contained a lot of adult, cold war humor that was over the heads of kids at the time.
