The NBC report also doesn't mention which of the "few" states' voter registration rolls were penetrated. What if they were solid Hillary and/or solid Trump states (i.e. irrelevant)? Or what if they were a mix of Hillary and Trump states (i.e. no favorite)?

I'm sorry. I have lost all trust in the federal intelligence agencies. 

When it came to light that they have the tools to hack a system and then make it look like a foreign government did the hacking, how can we trust them when it's convenient for them to prove their story?
