Serious question about Trump's El Paso visit

Despite the horrific tragedy, he seemed to be photographed surrounded by happy smiling people. Many, I assume, are medical professionals.

It seems out of character for these folks to be giving thumbs up and grinning like idiots.

What am I missing here?

There is a CT on the left that the medical professionals were bused in (on something) for the photo op.

They don't hate Trump like they're "supposed to"?

They were raised to be polite, unlike many/most DU-Trump-Haters?

They actually (Horrors!) appreciated or even (Horrors!) (Horrors!) liked Trump?
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

They’re going to need to be reminded of these pictures in November of 2020. Exit polls and polling in general, do NOT work when 30% of the nation is threatening violence if they think you’re a Trump voter.
