Thanks, bijou, madam.

In fact, I have a photograph book (not a book of photographs) with just about every single one of those, up through the first George Bush and omitting the Incompetent One (1977-1981).

My favorite one's a copy of the official Canadian photograph (just as we hang photographs of the current president in federal buildings) from 1976.  In fact, it's custom-framed and hanging on the wall here, in between Lord Mountbatten on one side and George and Barbara Bush on the other side.

$20 says that she'd never encountered someone as full of himself as The Øne is.  He evidently thought that just his gracing her with his presence wa gift enough.
