Humor a newb: if Romney steals--oh, sorry--"wins" the election, what will you do?
My brother is married to an Australian woman. They have a small business in Gladstone, Queensland. And there are flights from Seattle to Melbourne every day. I didn't consider this after the 2000 or 2004 elections, but a President Romney would make George W. Bush look like FDR.

Mole starting shit.

Is Australia far enough to escape the fallout and the long-lasting nuclear winter after December 21?

(I know the lying chickenhawk would not be sworn in yet, but hey, these countries could invoke the bush preemptive doctrine, who knows)

Why don't you post that far and wide on the innertubes.

Many folks aren't among the middle class anymore. Their wages don't justify a middle class lifestyle anymore.

It's costly to relocate. It's even worse if you're trying to relocate to a new country. In many industrialized countries, if you don't have a valuable skill set, you're likely to face costly hurdles just to get to the country you want to live in.

They have no choice but to endure the abuse. They are, in marketing terms, a captive audience. They'll be captive just long enough for the wealthy owners of this country to extract the last ounces of wealth from a dying middle class, and when they've sacked all that wealth, they'll start shredding what is left of the American people's human dignity.

Poor people have no luxury for dignity. They're too busy fighting for the crumbs until the last lights go out.

Then, they truly have nothing left to lose.

A sure sign that the DUmp has gone full moonbat when Selatius posts the most rational post in the thread.

1) I would cry. A lot. I know this because I cried when Bush* was first selected. My brother saw me cry and though he voted for Gore, couldn't believe that I felt bad enough to cry over it. I guess I knew something my brother didn't know.

2) I would watch and wait and hope that Romney isn't as horrific as I believe he is. I am afraid he would rapidly outrank Bush* as the worst pResident in our history. I won't type the things I fear might happen, because they sound paranoid to myself even when I think them.

3) Hunker down and hope to wait it out. I believe I would take a defensive posture in all ways.

4) Get to work in that minute to elect representatives who might hold him in check and get him out of office post haste.

This is my country. I can't go anywhere else. Moreover, I don't want to. I'll be damned if I'll let a sleazeball sociopath force me out.

Finally, there is still time to GOTV to help ensure that horror show will never come to pass.

obama took that title from carter a while back. A fitting legacy for the first mulatto president. He will always be remembered as a supreme failure.

For belonging to a site that vilifies and despises rich people, Warpy sure has been bragging a lot lately about how much money she has.  She says it over and over, without shame:  "I inherited a whole bunch of money, so much so, that I can do anything I want.  Anything."  Nobody ever calls her on it.

Boy did she dupe whoever passed it down to her. The dummies to me remind me of the type of people one hopes not to leave money too although many of them are very good personally at hiding their contempt and manipulation that they can easily dupe elderly into leaving them all. Mooching off of n older person can be mistaken for caring for them. I really despise dummies and I say what I just did because anyone who would braggert about the money they inherited probably didn't give a shit about the person who gave it to them and like their usually entitled nature they probably expected it to go right to them and were licking their chops in anticipation of the inevitable demise of that older person:(

Hugo won so they could all flee to the socialist Utopia there.

26. the one and only one good point in this IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION AS OBAMA ALREADY WON

is that if that happened, Jeb would NEVER run for president

but that is yet one more reason it didn't happen.

Obama won. the race is over. NOT ONE Obama voter switched sides. AND he gained voters.

and the theft machine was for the Bush's then and in the future NO Bush is running now.

be vigiliant though in 2016.

You really wanna bet that NOT one 0bama voter from 08 won't change this time and that McCain voters will vote for 0bama?

LOL!!! The dummies ain't leaving no matter what happens in the election. Other countries that they want to emigrate to have already got their share of losers and they don't want anymore.

So I am gonna help the dummies out. Back in the early eighties, after Reagan got elected, some young couple in the US applied for political asylum to the USSR. Well the USSR, like the russian guy said in the commercial for Direct TV, "Jumped in it". So said couple went over to live in the USSR
utopia as the US waved bye-bye.

I remember reading about it in our local socialist rag, aka the Charleston Gazette. My dad laughed his ass off when I told him about it.

Anyway dummies, all you got to do is ask Hugo down in Venezuela, the idiot running North Korea, or whoever is running Cuba these days that you want political asylum. I bet they would pay for your plane ticket and you would be FAMOUS!!!!

Do it dummies! Do it now.

Now for the rest of the story... said couple came back after two or three months living in the USSR utopia and actually kissed the ground when they got off the airplane. I saw the pic in the Gazette. Said it was too cold over there and the USSR put them in a job that was "beneath their education". I can see that happening to the dummies when Hugo tells them they have to actually work.

So no... the dummies ain't going anywhere.

Living in the Dummies minds rent free since 2009!

Which of course is a bunch of tripe.

I'm not sure if any country denies entry to a person on account of sheer ugliness, but probably if they see the defrocked warped primitive, she with the face like Hindenburg's and the body like Mussolini's, they'd make it a new rule: no ugly people admitted.

But on a more practical side, remember, the defrocked warped primitive is 62 years old, give or take a year either way, and always ill from one sort of hypochondria or another, although maybe it's true her vision is in fact deteriorating.

She's no spring chicken, healthy and robust and ready to work.

And then there's that she's been banned for life from practicing as a registered nurse, which is pretty serious, probably a big felony on the record somewhere there, that caused it.

I'm sure even North Korea, upon examining the defrocked warped primitive and her record, would say, "Oh, thanks, but no."

I wish they would say yes, though.
