Title: McCain actually wrote an acceptance speech for NH?
Post by: Lauri on January 08, 2008, 08:16:36 PM: I know they probably get tired of talking, and dont want to leave things out in an important moment... but watching him read it from a script is off putting.

I like GW, but I've never liked that he cant just talk off the cuff, from the heart.. easily.

I believe that the reason Clinton gets such high marks with lefties was/is his ability to talk off the cuff, from the heart.. on his feet, unscripted.

I know its a small thing, but at these people's age, and with all their public speaking experience.. I want our guys to be able to do it well.

FOX keeps playing their music (like at an awards show) to signal its time to wrap it up for the audience .. and he just keeps on going.. :popcorn:

No, just giving up on NH with 25% of the primary results in. He already gave a concession speech.

that was a concession speech?? sheesh, they all sound like they've won with every speech they give.

if you were a real neophyte to this stuff, you'd be mighty confused as to who was actually winning.

and i agree that the talking heads are really getting this messed up.. but it will only get louder between now and november.
