I think I saw this pastry mentioned by Tony Soprano. I thought it was pronounced something like zshzfuooyadelle.

Lots of lard and then some more lard.....probably good stuff.

Probably the good lard too, not that 79 cents a pound Mexican stuff that smells like a rotting carcass (I still have some in the refrigerator).
