Yes, he will do all the usual things, including finger printing and mug shots (suitable for framing.)
If there is a circus atmosphere it will be because of tRump. We’d all dearly love to see him frog marched into central booking but that probably ain’t gonna be our reward for waiting so patiently (or impatiently) for this day. It will probably be pretty low key (unless tRump decides otherwise.) Just be glad we can now exhale and know that with any luck we’ll get to see him go through this several more times. And just be glad we all lived to see this day.
