4. He had more than enough justification before.

But zero ability to do so given the makeup of the senate.

7. If he had the votes...

…it would have already happened. It would have been second on the list right after controlling the pandemic.

8. Won't happen. Even if possible, not sure we need every new Admin

changing SC if it appears to their short-term benefit. I get this Court is disgustingly unique because of trump, but that’s voters fault who didn’t show up when it counted.

9. Are you under the impression that Biden can unilaterally expand the Court?

15. Was there some breaking news late at night that I don't know about?

If the Supreme Court reverses Roe v. Wade, or further weakens it, it will have an impact on the next election.

I will say one thing about right-wing overreach. Each time they force something down our throats, there is always a counter-punch somewhere.

More people have died since Biden was named president than died while Trump was president.  Biden failed at the first thing.

That's like the home team in a baseball game saying in the 7th inning that they need to bring in a 10th man because they are losing so bad.
Biden is an illegitimate President.  Change my mind.

Biden now has more than sufficient justification to expand the Court. nt

That justification being "things aren't going my way, I'll just change the rules"?  What other possible justification would there be?
Romans 6:17-18 But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed, and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.
