Supreme Court Won't Let a College off the Hook for Suppressing Free Speech

Justices Stephen Breyer, Samuel Alito, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett joined in Thomas’ ruling. Kavanaugh filed a concurring opinion. Only Chief Justice John Roberts dissented.

If there was ANY doubt as to Roberts' duplicity, cretinism, and just plain WTF-ism, this should put all of that to rest.

We are going to be saddled with Roberts for at least another 20 years.

I hope and pray to God that the USA lasts that long.

An atheist group has filed an amicus brief supporting a lawsuit against a Georgia college that disciplined a Christian student for preaching on campus.

According to The Christian Post, the American Humanist Association filed the brief this week in the case of Uzuegbunam v. Preczewski.

In the case, the Alliance Defending Freedom filed suit on behalf of student Chike Uzuegbunam against George Gwinnett College.

Uzuegbunam was disciplined for distributing Christian literature outside the limits of a free speech zone on the college campus.....

That's pretty sad of Roberts.

I mean, the Chief Justice won't side with the guy even as atheists do.

That's what blows me away.
