New York City- A Donald Trump lookalike playing Julius Caesar is assassinated by being repeatedly stabbed in the third act.

The left is obsessed with the idea of President Trump being assassinated. Kathy Griffin recently did an ISIS-inspired photoshoot holding Trump’s severed head dripping blood. Rapper Snoop Dogg also did a rap video where he shot a President Trump lookalike in the head. The left is a violent, seditious political faction that must be stopped.

The National Post reported:

During a production at New York City’s Shakespeare in the Park Festival, an actor playing Julius Caesar but dressed as a Donald Trump lookalike (complete with a Slavic accented wife) was stabbed to death in the third act, mimicking a Trump assassination.

Oskar Eustis, the Public Theater’s artistic director who also directed the play, said in a statement that “anyone seeing our production of ‘Julius Caesar’ will realize it in no way advocates violence towards anyone,” reports the AP.

He added that the original play and this production “make the opposite point: Those who attempt to defend democracy by undemocratic methods pay a terrible price and destroy their Republic. For over 400 years, Shakespeare’s play has told this story and we are proud to be telling it again in Central Park.”

One wonders if this would be artistic freedom & expression if President Obama were "assassinated"?

Delta, Bank of America drop sponsorship of Shakespeare in the Park over ‘Julius Caesar’ stunt that shows Trump assassination
http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/theater-arts/delta-ends-sponsorhip-julius-caesar-shows-trump-death-article-1.3239341

Quote
Delta Airlines and Bank of America pulled out of their sponsorship of New York’s Public Theater on Sunday over a production of “Julius Caesar” that reimagines the main character as President Trump.

Shortly after Delta, who was a four-year sponsor, made its announcement, Bank of America yanked its support as well.

The Shakespeare in the Park play tells the story of the leader assassinated by Roman senators over the fear that he’s becoming too tyrannical, but rather than the original setting, the production stages Caesar (Gregg Henry) and his wife, Calpurnia, (Tina Benko) with Donald and Melania Trump lookalikes.

Oops! Looks like Bank of America and Delta are pulling out.

Henry, who already played a Trump stand-in on “Scandal” last year, models his Caesar almost perfectly after the man in the Oval Office. He meets his end after being stabbed to death by women and minorities on stage.

NEW YORK TIMES CONTINUES Sponsorship of Trump Assassination Play

It should come as no surprise that the failing New York Times, a far left newspaper that is owned primarily by a Mexican billionaire who hates President Trump and supported Hillary Clinton, refuses to pull their sponsorship for this awful event!

It is good to see 2 major businesses pull their funding, as for the NYT it is just a failing left wing business.

Theater refuses to buckle after 'Caesar' Trump criticism

NEW YORK (AP) — The Public Theater is refusing to back down after backlash over its production of "Julius Caesar" that portrays a Donald Trump-like dictator in a business suit with a long tie who gets knifed to death onstage.

Other defenders included Scott M. Stringer, the New York City comptroller, who wrote letters to the heads of Delta and Bank of America, arguing that dropping their support "sends the wrong message." He writes: "Art matters. The First Amendment matters. Expression matters." He enclosed copies of the play with the letters.
