Is there any way in which I may be able to divest myself of threads I have contributed something to at some point, but no longer wish to read, and therefore no longer wish to be notified of vis-a-vis the aforementioned title?
In other words, while I do heartily respect BC's work on "Violator" and "Margaret," I don't particularly need to read every subsequent post, capice?
Just wonderin.... :-)

If there is I haven't found it.
I usually look in there and if they are threads I don't want to see I just hit the 'Mark all as read' button.

It may be a pain in the ass, but you can put certain threads on "Ignore".
For example, I ignore the Dump. Just ain't my cuppa joe.

Didn't know I could ignore an actual thread, but thanks, Euph

Damn KC, I never saw that thing. And here I have been spending my valuable time once a week clicking on each thread to make them go away.

Go to your profile and then click on "Notifications and Email".
You can adjust the settings there.

Hey, don't feel bad. You know how long it took me to figure that out?! :-)

Waitaminute, let me rephrase.
You can ignore entire boards, but you can't ignore individual threads.
In your profile, select the "Ignore Boards" option and click on those boards in which you aren't interested.
