Title: MI Rep Who Invoked Whitmer's Name During Arrest

Think the cops were racist during this arrest?

Or perhaps this state representative was more than a little arrogant, entitled, and otherwise combative because, here's the term -- he is black?

Or are we going to chalk this up to his "just being drunk?"
