Omaha FBI warns presenting fake proof of vaccination is criminal.

I'm assuming they're referring to anything presented with an official seal per 18 USC ยง1017.
But I'm not sure why all cards require official seals.
Somebody should arrest the pigs at the FBI for fraudulently acting under the seal of the United States of America.
Meanwhile, the next known-wolf mass shooter is operating with impunity.
