Climate has no electromagnetic-effect on the Earth's axis.
Why would water (vapor, ice) that's always been here, never left the planet, tilt the planet?
The slightest fluctuation in rotational-speed would hurtle everything into orbit, eastward or westward.

It could happen. Remember when representative Hank Johnson, democrat, Georgia warned us that deploying too many troops to the island of Guam might cause the island to "tip over and capsize". Despite the Naval officer at the hearing assuring us that " we don't anticipate that happening ", smart people would do well to heed hank Johnson's warning and this warning about the planet getting all knocked out of kilter because of the shifting weight of polar ice... :fuelfire:

I recall reading several years ago that the magnetic poles of the Earth are undergoing a shift that will eventually end in the poles switching. I believe that has more effect on the Earth than weather.

You can switch the poles on a kitchen-magnet with a battery and a wire, etc.
The kitchen doesn't blow-up or vanish into Jurassic-slime.
