In Florida we are not required to retreat if we have the means, so Zimmerman can't be judged to be a murderer based on the fact that he didn't retreat.

Also, if there a strange person wondering around in my neighborhood there is no law that prevents me from confronting him and asking  him why he is in the neighborhood. Then stranger can either A) tell me what he is doing B) tell me its none of my fricking business and walk off C) look at me like I'm an idiot and then walk off or D) say something nasty and knock me to the ground.

Now if I am armed then choosing A, B or C does not get the stranger shot.

I am not in the court or watching on T.V. so I don't know all the evidence presented but I am starting to suspect that Martin didn't take options A, B, or C.

No, apparently not.  Poor lil Treyyvon mouthed off to George.

True, the consequences were rather, uh, severe, but there's usually always consequences, mild or major, to being rude.  If poor lil Treyyvon had minded the manners his mama taught him, and been respectful, poor lil Treyyvon would probably have made the honor roll at school last year.

Got to love all the "Expert" on the laws of a State 99% don;t live in. If I was getting beat as bad as Zimmerman and the Police reports say , I'd of probably shot the SOB more then once or twice.
