I recently bought a breadmaker and have been making homemade pizza. Oh my gosh- it's so much better than most restaurants!
thin crust
pizza sauce from a can (I think it's called pastorellis) - or sometimes I take canned tomatoes and doctor it up
sliced mushrooms
red bell pepper
fresh mozzerella (the kind that comes in liquid)
onions
lots of grated mozzerella on top
There are other versions I will try, but this is very good and easy.
ETA: if you don't want to make your own crust, you can buy it from many Pizza restaurants or Whole Foods. WF charges appx 2.00 and it's enough for a large pizza.
