Whilst endorsing Senator Obama cannot "Right what he's done wrong", it is good to see and hear Powell, who was after all, in the middle of America's war mongering bush administration, play a small part in trying to ensure that the next four years, not only for Americans but the whole planet are safer, and the position of president more dignified, than the eight years under bush have been.

Well, it was based on something first.  But I don't think the operative word was 'Country.'  'Colin,' maybe.
