This has to be seen to be believed.

This is how bad he's gotten to be. To be so addled, clueless, confused, and out of touch with things is an abomination. He belongs in a nursing home.

Remember the non stop references to the 25th amendment during President Trump's term?  Not a peep out of that same crowd now.

I'd like to introduce legislation that would force all Executive Branch officials to speak coherently.
