Conservative SC justices have criticized this 1969 decision, and so have conservative activists. Now they're using it as their main argument for encouragements to school prayer.

So, does it make you a hypocrite for not extending the decision here?

Kountze is a small town about 60 miles east of me.
Been through it many times. Nice place.
DUmmies seem mighty eager to advocate choice for themselves, and deny it to others.

Kountze is just north of Beaumont about 30 miles.

Aztecs were further south. At that time, the Cohuiltecans and Karankawas were living in the coastal areas, Lipan in middle of Texas, and Apache in West Texas.

No explorer really conquered Indians in Texas until about 1690, if I remember correctly. Padiila I think it was just explored the gulf area.
