No, DUmmies, you still aren't patriots. You can't rail against the country for every percieved wrong in the world one day and two days later become patriots just because of the man entering the white house.
I was in Kuwait, as a US soldier, during Monica's War. Still, after all these years, one of the hardest things I've ever had to do was stand their and not respond to a Arab friend of mine who complained bitterly about the air raids. The only thing I could say is that is was the president's decision. The entire time I wanted to agree with my friend, Iraqies were getting killed primarily because their deaths would politically benefit Bill Clinton. (Incidentally, I view this as the last point where not invading Iraq at some point was a possibility, Clinton screwed it big time.) I didn't because I was in another country representing my country, and I declined to speak against it.
As Stephen Decatur said, "Our country, right ir wrong." He walked the walk. Until you do, no one will think you are patriots.
